EMPLOYER’S RESPONSIBILITY

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM THE EMPLOYERS?
1. To Pay the TRANSPORTATION EXPENSES of the Employees - a Mandatory Condition By Law. The amount for transport average is 65 euro round trip (60 to 70 euro depending on whether the workplace is located in Northern or Southern Bulgaria)

2. To make a PRIOR ORDER APPLICATION  few months before the start of the season, specifying the exact number of staff required, their positions, salary and the commencement date of the work contract.

3. Provide GOOD CONDITIONS for work, feeding and breaks of the employees.

4. Provide UNIFORM CLOTHES (excluding footwear) to all employees.

5. To file certified copies of employee documents to the “EMPLOYMENT AGENCY”.

6. Submit a notification to the INSPECTION OF LABOR within 7 days of the commencement date of the work contract.

​7. Be correct in PAYMENT DATE, as the last salary is being paid 2 days before the departure of the employees, in order to have time to exchange the currency if needed.
